Sponsorship Opportunities

If you're interested in getting involved as a corporate member or sponsor of APT US&C's annual conference, there are a number of ways you can get involved. Check the current year conference page for the sponsor prospectus and all your options.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests for a full refund must be in writing and sent via email prior to July 1. Substitutions between members from the same organization or transferring a registration between in-person or online can be provided for a $25 fee prior to July 1.
  • Cancellation requests for a 50% refund must be in writing and sent via email at least ten days before the conference (July 10). Substitutions between members from the same organization or transferring a registration between in-person or online can be provided for a $50 fee prior to July 10.
  • Cancellation requests less than 10 days prior to a conference will not be granted. Substitutions between members from the same organization or transferring a registration between in-person or online can be provided for a $100 fee less than 10 days before the conference.
  • All refunds are subject to a $100 service charge. Requests less than 48 hours prior to the conference are not guaranteed but will be accommodated if possible.
