The 53rd Annual Conference of the Association of Public Treasurers of the United States and Canada was held in the vibrant and historical city of Memphis. The “Rock and Rolling in Memphis” theme exemplified not only our experiences of the city, but also the benefits we all gained from the conference to aid in the continued progress of our municipalities.
